No boring meetings
Three people in a call for an hour is not a one-hour meeting. That's a 3-hour meeting. We strive for efficient communication, using meetings only as a last resort.

No place for micromanagement
We despise micromanagement. We're autonomous, self-motivated and self-driven. No hovering or shoulder-watching here. We trust in our team's ability to deliver.

No time-sheets or time tracking
We see time as the most valuable asset in the world. That's why we don't waste it on tracking hours. Our focus is on meaningful outcomes, rather than the clock.

Hourly billing is bad for everyone
We believe hourly billing is a bad experience for all parties involved and it should be eradicated from the world. Therefore, we don’t do it.
